An open-letter of the Executive Director of International Federation of Iranian Refugees to the western governments, recognizing the UN convention regarding the status of refugees

Stop deportation of Iranian refugees to Iran immediately!

Ahmadi-Nejad is the embodiment of all violations and suppressions of the Islamic government of Iran!

The Islamic government of Iran is a government that has been known for its suppression, strangulation, torture acts, hanging and stoning to death. It is a government that sets up hanging squads in public everyday puts the rope around the neck of the youth, women and men, in front of the people's eyes and even children and makes everyone hold their breath. The Islamic government reputation on suppression and violence is so widely spread through the world that anybody should be able to recognize this reality and express her/his hatred for the Islamic republic of Iran, unless that he/she wants to gain some small economic and political advantages.

It’s been years, that we have pointed out such facts about Iran and the number of cases of systematic violation of human rights and suppression of any political freedom in this country, by presenting thousands of facts and examples and we have urged all the western governments, to grant refugee recognition for the people who have escaped from the suppression and oppression of the Islamic republic. Now, by coming into power of Ahmadi-Nejad, the person who has correctly been named as the murderer in the West, the Islamic regime is about to suppress people even more, by integrating the government allied with the supreme religious leader, Khamenei. The Islamic government wants to take a stand, by more suppression, killing and murdering, against the people who express hatred and disgust at government, everyday and all around the world. We warn you of a new beginning of another round of violation and suppression of the Islamic republic and want you to cancel all deportation orders to Iran and reevaluate refugee applications of the Iranian.

The president of the Islamic government of Iran, Ahmadi-Nejad – is a person who has shoot the political prisoners, and is introduced as a member of the firing squad of the Ghasemloo – the leader of an Iranian regime opposition. Ahmadi-Nejad has not even officially started his work yet, that the Islamic regime criminally killed a young person in Mahabad and just like the first years of the coming into power of the Islamic government, they tied his corpse to a car and drove it around the city. The government forces, in recent restless situations in Kurdistan cities, have opened up fire at the opposing people and have so far killed five and arrested hundreds of people and sent them to jail. In Mashad, they savagely hung 2 teenagers, in the age of 16 and eighteen,in public, for the crime of homosexuality, with an indescribable violence. They shamelessly attacked the elderly mother of the old political prisoner – Manoucheher Mohamadi – who had taken sanctuary in front of the Tehran University, in order to inform public of her son’s twenty days hunger strike, and arrested her. In Kerman, they attacked a pregnant female worker for taking part in a meeting of the workers who were opposing and claiming for their unpaid wages, and pulled her body on the ground in such a way that hurt her baby was hurt. The Islamic government of Iran is resisting against the public pressure to withdraw the hanging sentence of the young woman, Kobra Rahmanpour, who has been in jail for four years, under the treat of being hung, and is about to hang her, who has been the victim of poverty, insecurity and the inhuman and anti-woman Islamic laws, soon.

These are only some small facts about the inhuman and suppressive politics of the Islamic terrorists who are governing Iran. Here is the question: Are you – the authorities of the European parties and governments, and all governments who accept refugees, to whom Iranian refugees have asked for refugee status - going to close your eyes and deport the Iranian refugees back to the Islamic republic of Iran.

I, as the secretary of a federation that has taken all efforts to defend the human rights of the refugees, warn you that continuation of your rigid policies on Iranian refugees, in recent situation of Iran, can lead to a human tragedy, and insist that you reconsider your policies.

Any deportation of the Iranian women, men and children who have escaped from Iran, is an actual preparation of their arrest, torture or hanging. Please pay attention to Iran’s daily news and see what criminal and inhuman policies, the Islamic government of Iran is about to bring about.

International Federation of Iranian Refugees (IFIR), strongly warns against any deportation to the hell of the Islamic republic and requests for a serious reconsideration on such cases. Meanwhile we ask you to name Iran an unsafe country, for its policies and widely violating the human rights.
